At the end of 1999 I wanted to go to one country that I was most optimistic for in regards to being a place for the "Glory of God" to reside. I spent $2,000 for airplane tickets and went to the Gold Coast of Australia. I stood on the sea shore at mid night with fireworks shooting in the air with my hands raised high and welcomed the Glory of God into the country of Australia! . . . God Restores and Forgives our Sin! . One of the Great High Lights of my Life was seeing Clark Taylor come back to Australia! . I remember first hearing of Pastor Clark Taylor in 1997. I learned of his fall into sin and his leaving the ministry. But years later I was speaking in the city of Brisbane Australia and suddenly I began to prophesy in three meetings about God's wonderful plan to bring Clark Taylor back to Australia. The people in the room sat in shock. . But I had nothing to lose. I had preached in all the large cities of Australia but now many in had rejected my ministry as my wife had divorced me leaving me with a bad reputation. I began talking to myself saying "Just do it Darrel risk it all and continue to prophecy." So I walked to the platform and invited the people to come to the city called the Gold Coast on Sunday morning and I would prophecy for one hour about Clark Taylor and his coming home. . One day a man came and told me that Clark was going to die in America if he never had a heart transplant. I felt so foolish. Why had I prophesied all these things about Clark coming back to Australia? . .In the morning God woke me up and told me many things in great deal including that Australia was going to win many medals in the Olympics and many other things to confirm the importance of Clark Taylor coming home. At the end of my prophecy the pastor’s wife Naomi Willis called me to the church office to listen to the phone answering machine and listen. . It was the voice of Pastor Clark Taylor on the phone saying he had arrived in Brisbane Australia from USA and he was coming to church that night as he wanted to hear Darrel Stott preach. . We were shocked that it was Clark calling on the phone right after I had prophesied about him. None of us could not talk we sat down in shock. Clark was back! History records that Clark Taylor came home and opened a great church in Brisbane Australia and remarried his first wife Ann. God's general came home to finish the race well. . Many in leadership in Australia were very angry with me because they did not want Clark Taylor back in Australia because of the extent of his sin. But I was speaking the plan of God not my opinion so I stuck by what God had told me. . My style of ministry is very different from Clark Taylor yes we are very different. But we can cheer each other on support each other. . To God be the Glory! .
